Jaime Garcia

Mr. Garcia is the principal partner and founder of BCA Industrial Partners, a real estate private equity firm with offices in Miami and Atlanta. BCA Industrial Partners is an investment advisory group, representing foreign investors primarily from Latin America, seeking high caliber investment opportunities located in select US markets. Mr. Garcia has been involved in the industrial real estate market since his tenure with Prologis (NYSE: PLD), where he directly participated in various portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and private fund contributions throughout North America. Prior to forming BCA Industrial Partners, Mr. Garcia acted as Director at Momentum Real Estate Partners, a Miami-based investment firm that acquired several distressed properties throughout the US Sunbelt region.

Mr. Garcia obtained a Master of City Planning & Real Estate Development at the University of Pennsylvania, in collaboration with The Wharton Business School.
