Justin Carpenter

Mr. Carpenter has a diverse real estate background working on behalf of both institutional and private investors. Most recently, he served as Director of Finance for RCG Ventures where he was responsible for overseeing all portfolio underwriting and analytics as well as fundraising and financing initiatives for a $1 billion national retail portfolio. Prior to working at RCG, Mr. Carpenter worked with Mr. Fryer at Iron Tree Capital to complete several complex real estate and entity-level investments. Earlier in his career, he worked at Prudential Real Estate Investors where he underwrote more than $1.3 billion in total acquisitions as well as several strategic dispositions.

Mr. Carpenter graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BBA degree from the University of Georgia as the highest ranked graduate in both the Finance and Real Estate programs.
