Gibbs Fryer

Most recently, Mr. Fryer was a Partner in King & Spalding’s Commercial Transactions and Real Estate group, where he advised private equity sponsors and institutional investors on real estate capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on real estate fund formations, joint ventures and other capital markets transactions. Previously, Mr. Fryer was at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York, where he specialized in private equity corporate and financing transactions.

Mr. Fryer received his J.D. and his B.A. in Arts and Sciences from the University of Virginia and is admitted to practice in Georgia and New York. Mr. Fryer is a member of PREA, NAREIT and ULI.
