Charles Hornberger

Most recently, he was a Vice President in Citi’s Investment Banking Division, where he advised corporate clients, private equity sponsors and institutional investors on M&A transactions, public and private fundraising, and the evaluation of strategic alternatives. Mr. Hornberger executed numerous multi-billion dollar public M&A transactions and capital raisings, specifically within the midstream sector of Citi’s Global Energy Group. Previously, Mr. Hornberger was an attorney in Andrews Kurth LLP’s Corporate/Securities Group, where he advised clients on public and private M&A and financing transactions.

Mr. Hornberger received a JD/MBA from the University of Texas and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
