William Fryer

Mr. Fryer advises on the firm’s transaction strategy business and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. During his more than 40-year real estate career Bill has played a leading role in the structuring and execution of major real estate transactions (with aggregate transactions value well in excess of $50B) with institutional investors, global financial institutions, private equity firms, investment managers, and operating companies, both public and private. Bill was formerly a senior partner at the global law firm of King & Spalding where he led the firm’s commercial real estate capital markets team. Bill is also a member of the Board of Directors of Edens, an institutionally and management owned national shopping center company with a gross market capitalization in excess of $3.5B and with ownership interests in over 130 shopping centers, and he is a member of the Board of Advisors of JAMESTOWN, a leading real estate operator and investment manager.
